We are excited to announce that, due to our remarkable growth over the last year, we will be welcoming new members of the team to Pinehill.

Firstly we would like to welcome Dr Reyad Kabir MBBS, MRCGP. Dr Kabir joined the clinic back in December 2020 as a salaried GP and has made great progress in his contributions to patient care. Due to his dedication and commitment to delivery high quality care he is now a partner within the clinic, which is not only great news for the practice but for the preservation of the care we provide.

From the 11th May 2021 we will also be joined by Mrs Heather Binks, who will be the Surgery’s Band 7 Practice Nurse. Heather has many years’ experience in the medical profession and will be on hand 4 days a week to assist in your care and wellbeing.

We are also able to introduce a new member of our Reception team, Miss Sasha Lane . Sasha will be starting at the clinic in May 2021  and will be trained in ways in which she can assist you to ensure your interaction with the surgery is a smooth and pleasant one.

At Pinehill Dr Zaman, Dr Kabir  and their team have worked hard to ensure they provide the highest level of care to all our patients and we are pleased that this hard work is now paying off and we are able to show this with our recruitment successes.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our patient’s for their support over the past year and would welcome any feedback on future ways in which we can continue to improve the service we provide.

Our new improved CQC rating is in! .

We are very proud to announce that our CQC rating has improved and although we know we still have improvements to make we are extremely happy that the hard work we have been putting in is paying off.

We recognise that recent months have been challenging, and we have been striving hard to address the difficulties we have faced, but we are now in a much better place and will be able to reflect this in the care we provide. We are continuing to work with the CQC and will continue to work hard to improve .

We hope that our patients are reassured that our absolute focus remains on their care, and we will continue to work with the CCG to identify what further actions may be required, and what further steps we may need to take in the interests of patients and staff.
